I got to do an infusion last night! It was only zofran but it still counts! One less thing I’ll have to test on. AND I’m now more than halfway done with ride time!

I’ve taken a full week off of the gym due to being sick, so tonight is going to be my first night back.
I’ve also fallen off the weightlifting bandwagon and need to get back on that.
Tonight’s plan: cardio on the treadmill, and a full upper body workout
Tomorrow’s plan: cardio on the treadmill and Jillian Michaels 6w6p,
Wednesday’s plan: cardio on the treadmill, lower body workout
Thursday’s plan: cardio on the treadmill, 6w6p and power yoga
